This return policy applies only to orders shipped to the United Arab Emirates.

Due to the international nature of shipments, customs regulations, and logistics restrictions, returns and exchanges are not accepted for orders delivered to the United Arab Emirates.

Once an order has been shipped and delivered outside of Bulgaria, GetMacun does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect address, unclaimed shipments, or customs-related issues.

Exceptions – damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

In such cases, GetMacun may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.
