Returning an item (right of withdrawal)

You have the right to return an ordered item without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it.

The item must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use and with all labels and seals intact.

Important: sealed food products, food supplements and cosmetics cannot be returned once opened, for reasons of hygiene and health (Art. 57 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act).

Complaints (defective or incorrect items)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or does not match your order, you are entitled to file a complaint.

Email us at support@getmacun.com within a reasonable time, including:

your order number;
a description of the problem;
photos of the item and its packaging.

We will review your complaint and offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with the law.

Refunds

We refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that it has been sent), using the same payment method you used.
