We ship across Europe and worldwide from our base in Bulgaria (EU). Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout, and estimated delivery times per country are listed on our Delivery page.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery after dispatch is roughly 1–3 business days within Western Europe and about 4–9 business days for the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. You’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Securely by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or with PayPal. All orders are paid in advance and dispatched once payment is confirmed.

For orders within the EU, there are no customs charges. For the United States, duties are prepaid by us — no surprise fees on delivery. For some other countries (e.g. Canada, Australia, New Zealand), local import duties or taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.
