Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at GetMacun.com. We strive to provide fair and transparent service to all our customers. Please review the terms below regarding product returns and refunds.

Right of Return

Customers have the right to request a return of a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

To be accepted for return, the product must:

  • be unused

  • be unopened

  • be in its original packaging

  • have intact protective films, stickers, seals, or other protective elements, where applicable

  • be in a condition suitable for resale

Before sending the product back, please contact us via email or use the "Right of Withdrawal" form on the website to submit your request and receive return instructions.

Non-returnable Products

The following products are non-returnable:

  • opened, used, unsealed, or damaged after delivery

  • with damaged original packaging, film, sticker, seal, or other protective elements

  • food, dietary supplements, herbal products, cosmetic products, or hygiene-related products when opened or not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons

  • incomplete or returned without all parts, accessories, gifts, or original packaging elements

Return Costs

The costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email whether the refund is approved or denied.

Refunds are not automatically processed upon submission of a withdrawal or return request. They are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

If approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise explicitly agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the product back or until we receive proof that the product has been returned to us.

If the returned product is used, opened, damaged, incomplete, or does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be denied or the amount may be reduced based on the condition of the product, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of receipt, providing photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

This helps us process the case more quickly. In such cases, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund depending on the specific situation.
