Delivery to Bulgaria

🚚 Fast delivery with Econt/Speedy within 24 hours after order confirmation within Bulgaria!

  • All available products are shipped within one working day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next working day.

  • Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all orders in the country.

  • You will receive an SMS or email notification with information about the shipment as soon as it is sent.

International Delivery (International Orders Policy)

At GetMacun, we do our best to ensure that all international orders are shipped promptly and with a valid tracking number.
By placing an international order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Responsibility upon Delivery

Once the order is shipped from Bulgaria and handed over to the international courier or postal service, the responsibility of GetMacun for the shipment ends.
Delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, customs issues, or lost shipments outside Bulgaria are not the responsibility of GetMacun.

2. Tracking (Tracking Information)

The customer receives a tracking number via email when the order is shipped.
It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment and ensure its receipt upon delivery.

3. Unsuccessful Delivery

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is not available, or if the shipment is held at the local post office and not picked up in time, the shipment is returned to Bulgaria.
In such cases:

  • The customer covers the costs for reshipping.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

4. Customs & Import Duties

All customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the receiving country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
GetMacun has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

5. Refunds for Returned Orders

If the shipment is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • unclaimed shipment,

  • refusal to pay customs fees,

a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
If you wish for reshipping, the costs for the new delivery are borne by the customer.

6. Delivery Times

International delivery times vary depending on the receiving country and local postal services.
GetMacun cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
