Delivery in Bulgaria
GetMacun offers delivery within Bulgaria through the courier services of Econt and Speedy.
Delivery in Bulgaria is carried out within up to 24 hours after order confirmation. All available products are processed and shipped within one business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
Cash on delivery is available for all orders in Bulgaria.
After the order is shipped, the customer receives an SMS or email with information about the shipment and tracking details.
International Delivery
GetMacun offers international delivery to selected countries in Europe, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand through standard international postal and courier services with tracking.
For international orders, preparation and processing time for the shipment is up to 3 business days, starting from the order confirmation date.
After the shipment is handed over to the international carrier, the customer receives a tracking number via email.
International Delivery Times (Approximate)
Delivery times depend on the destination country and local courier and postal services.
Approximate delivery times are as follows: Germany and Austria – 1 to 2 business days. United Kingdom – 1 to 3 business days. Italy – 1 to 2 business days. France and Belgium – 2 to 3 business days. Ireland – 2 to 4 business days. Portugal – 2 to 3 business days. Netherlands – about 2 business days. Denmark – 2 to 3 business days. Other Western European countries – about 4 to 5 business days. Canada – about 6 to 8 business days. Australia – about 6 to 8 business days. New Zealand – about 7 to 9 business days.
The specified times are approximate and may vary depending on external factors, including customs procedures and the workload of courier services.
Responsibility for International Delivery
Once the shipment is sent from Bulgaria and handed over to the international carrier, GetMacun's responsibility for the delivery time ends.
Delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, customs holds, or loss of the shipment outside the territory of Bulgaria are not under the control of GetMacun.
The customer is responsible for tracking their shipment and ensuring its receipt.
Unsuccessful Delivery and Returned International Shipments
In case the shipment is not delivered due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, unclaimed shipment, or refusal to pay due fees, the shipment may be returned.
For returned shipments, the value of the order is refunded, deducting the shipping costs. The costs for resending are borne by the customer.
Customs and Fees
All customs, import fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. GetMacun has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
