Rules for Refunds

Thank you for shopping at GetMacun.com. We strive to provide accurate and transparent service to all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the terms below.
Product Returns
Customers have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
To be accepted for return, the product must:
- be unused
- be in its original packaging
- be in a condition suitable for resale
Before sending the product, please be sure to contact us in advance by email to receive instructions regarding the return.
Non-returnable Products
The following are non-returnable:
- products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- food, dietary supplements, cosmetic and herbal products, whose contents have been compromised
- products purchased during promotional campaigns or with significant discounts
Return Costs
- The costs of returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- If approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5–7 business days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the product and packaging.
- In these cases, we will offer a replacement or refund.
